Everything they won't tell you unless you give them money

I'm not a random internet guy. You can mark yourself safe.

I am also not a fake marketing guru who just happens to have a laptop.

I got hired for expertise, paid for execution, and gained a reputation from producing results.

Hilton. F1. Insomniac. Super Bowl. AEG. Resorts World Las Vegas (managing marketing projects for a 50 person department) - every campaign in that building came across my desk.

...Boys and Girls Club. Westgate. Ellis Island Casino. Keller Williams.

Early career... Apple, Tesla, Uber, Lyft, Chevron and Subway and more.

Real companies. Real payroll.

So yea, I could tell you I ran marketing for the President and it still wouldn't prove I can put money in your pocket.

Name dropping doesn't mean anything. We all hear names everyday lol.

Those logos prove people trusted me with their money.

They don't prove I'm good. Results do.

& that is what 98% of people are missing. Results.

So before I finish yapping (yes im typing this by hand no ai)...

Let's talk numbers.

• $2 million in revenue in 3 weeks. That was the first campaign of 2023 at Resorts World.
• Over $1 million a month in ad spend, month after month, without the account shutdowns that end most people's whole operation.
• 200,000 leads in 4 months for one client.
• A Westgate attraction I took from $80K to $300K in 60 days, which is a 275% jump.
• A $0.60 cost-per-lead campaign in Latin America that built a 7 figure pipeline.
• Ecom brands scaled from five figures a month to six, a few of them selling out of inventory because we brought more demand than they had product to cover.

(I hate ecom so please dont ask me to help you because I will still say yes hahahaha)

Then there's the other list. The one I can't show you.

The agencies pulling 7/6 figures a month?

A lot of them call me.

They pay me to train their teams.

They pay me to fulfill for their own clients.

I've worked with names in this industry you follow right now, people whose courses some of you have already bought, trainings you've already attended, etc. I see it all the time when I get on my regular personal account to check a client out.

I'll see 10s or 100s of my friends or mutual followers that follow these creators or business owners or whoever it may be and no one has a clue that I'm the one running their whole business basically lolol

I sign paperwork. So I can't say who.

But I do spill more on trainings and at events.

Now... I want you to understand how I got here, because none of it got handed to me.

I've been doing this since 2016. Started as an intern at an agency in San Francisco.

Then Keller Williams.

Then Vegas, where I learned this business from people who'd been running it for decades, in person, in the building, not through a screen.

By 24 I was director of marketing at one of the biggest agencies in Las Vegas.

I've run digital for a resort. I've done the online thing too. There isn't a version of this business I haven't touched.

My last 9 to 5 ended in 2023. Haven't looked back since.

And almost every single one of those buildings, every meeting, every strategy call where we decided how a million dollars was getting spent that month...

I was the only Black person there.
Every time.

I'd sit through it, watch them plan a million in spend like they were writing a grocery list, and then I'd drive home.

...knowing there were thousands of businesses, professionals, and leaders who look like me.

People working harder than anybody who was in that meeting.

People who were never going to see one page of the information I got.

That got to me.

Because our community starts businesses faster than any other group in this country.

We have everything but the information.

And all it takes is one person to make an impact.
